- Station 2: 2023 DeMayo Vineyard Chardonnay - Paired with Crab & Cheese Pâté served with house made pumpkin flat bread
- Station 3: 2020 Firepit Red Blend - Paired with Lasagna Vincis Grassi: prosciutto and pork ragu, mushroom, cheese, & cream sauce
